The project is a low-density residential building with only 22 apartments and 3 floors, which is KfW 55 standard energy-saving housing. Provide open rooms and 1-3 bedroom units, with living areas ranging from 35 square meters to 117 square meters. All houses are decorated and delivered in German style, equipped with solid wood floor, brand bathroom, floor heating, underground independent storage room (some house types), and equipped with private garden on the ground floor, wide balcony or terrace on the top floor, so that each apartment has its own outdoor area, large landing doors and windows to provide good lighting for the interior, and equipped with underground parking lot (elevator can lead to each floor from the underground parking lot), so as to ensure more convenience in daily life.
